The Qualifying Transaction is a major step forward for North Shore Uranium Ltd. as well as the Metis and Dene communities in northern Saskatchewan, all of whom have become part of their new venture. This transaction will mark the launch of the company into the exploration and development of resources in the uranium sector.
At the heart of the new venture is North Shore Uranium’s involvement in the radioactive deposits in the Athabasca Basin located in northern Saskatchewan. The company will be specialized in the exploration, development, and eventual mining of the indicated ticker deposits. Due to the unique geological features of the area, North Shore Uranium Ltd. has an opportunity to explore and develop a large uranium mining project for the Metis and Dene peoples in the area.
